Am I able to work part- time or full time?
All of our positions are contract work, as we only hire independent contractors. Remote agents choose their own hours and amount of hours they work per week. Each agent is required to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Can I work from anywhere?
We offer remote opportunities to customer service professionals across the United States. Currently we are not accepting applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, and Wisconsin.
What is the pay rate?
The pay rate depends on the client program. Pay ranges from $10.00 - $18.00 Hourly + bonuses.
Is there an investment?
We hire independent contractors ONLY! It does not cost to apply for a position or to create an agent profile ( once you're approved). All of our client certification programs are FREE. (If you don't show up to training on day 1 of class the client will charge you a $20 fee.) As an independent contractor , you are responsible for your own $30 background check through First Advantage Third Party Vendor, and any equipment needed for service that you may not have already can be written off and reimbursed on your taxes.
